Cancellation Policy

🔥 Burns Studio Class Policy 🚫 Booking Policy Reminder - Double bookings in the same class are not allowed. - If a client books more than once for the same class time, duplicate bookings will be removed automatically to ensure fairness and space availability. ⏰ Late Arrival - Please arrive at least 10 minutes before class. - Doors close at class start time. For safety and flow, late arrivals will not be admitted. - No refunds or reschedules for missed entry due to lateness. ❌ Cancellation Policy - You may cancel or reschedule your class up to 12 hours before class time via our booking system. - Late cancellations (<12 hours) will forfeit the class credit. - Repeated late cancellations may result in temporary booking restrictions. 🚫 No-Show Policy A no-show (no attendance, no cancellation) will result in: - Loss of class credit - Possible 48-hour booking freeze after 3 no-shows in 1 month. 💳 Refund Policy - All purchases are non-refundable and non-transferable. - Class credits are valid as stated in each package (e.g., 4 weeks, 3 months). 📲 Waitlist Policy - If a class is full, you may join the waitlist. - If a spot opens, you'll be automatically added and notified via email/SMS. Please only join the waitlist if you can attend. ❤️ Respect the Heat - Heated classes require mindfulness. Hydrate, bring your own water bottle, towel and listen to your body. - Burns reserves the right to deny entry or remove participants for disruptive or unsafe behavior. 📝 Waiver Requirement for First-Time Guests All first-time visitors must complete and sign our Health & Liability Waiver Form before attending class. This can be done: - Online via our booking system, or - In-studio at least 10 minutes before class starts. - Failure to sign the waiver will result in denied entry without refund.
