Terms of Service
At Sesh, data privacy and security are paramount to us. We understand your data is crucial for your business, so we handle it with great care and take its protection seriously.
1. Acceptance of Terms
1.1 By accessing and using Sesh’s services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms").
1.2 If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the service. Please do however get in touch with us so we can try to help.
2. Description of Service
2.1 Sesh provides automated testing and evaluation services for generative AI products through an API. The Service acts as an intermediary for evaluating language models. Users provide necessary information for the evaluation, and Sesh’s language models generate scores and feedback (collectively, “Results”). Users are responsible for choosing the testing criteria, and evaluation parameters, and may need to adjust these to achieve their desired outcomes.
3. Refund & Cancellations Policy
3.1 Cancellations made within 12 hours of the scheduled booking time are non-refundable, and no credits will be issued.
3.2 Cancellations made more than 12 hours before the scheduled booking time will be refunded in the form of studio credits, valid for the remaining duration of your current package. Credits can be used to reschedule or book other classes at the same studio.
3.3 If a class is cancelled by the studio, users will receive a refund in the form of studio credits, valid for the remaining duration of their current package.
3.4 “No-shows” (failure to attend without prior cancellation) will not be eligible for any refund or credit.
3.5 All cancellations and refund requests must be submitted directly to the studio where the booking was made.
